Catch Prof Pete Alexander on the PirateBroadcast

Today on the PirateBroadcast Russ Johns interviews Prof. Pete Alexander. In 2008 Pete was challenged with so many obstacles. His father was dying, mother was going through major hip surgery, he was running a small business while taking care of two small children and going through a divorce. He later then found out that he had stress induced diabetes but kept going. It took for him to be in ICU to realize that he must take better care of himself. When he got out of the hospital he resigned from his job and started trying different stress relief tools and techniques. Using these tools, he realized that his stress levels, blood sugar and weight decrease, and his energy went up. His friends and family told him he should write a book about this and he did, and it became Amazon’s best seller. Ask yourself. What would I do if I knew I could not fail?
