E337 - Mirror | When Other People Reveal Your True Reflection

Have you ever talked about someone who wasn't there to defend themselves? If you are to believe that we are all connected, it is imperative that you realize what we see in other people is a reflection of ourselves. This is significant because it means that if we're bothered by the actions, thoughts, or behaviors of someone else, most of the time it's you projecting something that lives in you internally. That might be tough to come to terms with depending on what is running through your head. Today i'm focusing on how to recognize these triggers and what you can do to cut them down when they arrive.
