Sometimes being hard headed isn’t the best or smartest thing. When I first jumped into the coaching space, I started with a platform that didn’t let us automatically release videos on a daily basis. Why does this all matter? It meant the team was spending literally hours every day manually uploading videos. But still I found myself resisting change. Why?
