Elise is a runner, author and all-round outdoors lover. In 2016 she became the first woman and youngest person to run self-supported around the coast of the UK – an adventure she was completely unqualified for, as an unexperienced runner whose athletic career consisted of one horrendous marathon dressed as a Crayola crayon. She is the author of best-selling book Coasting, which tells the story of her adventure and aims to show others that you don’t need to be the best at something to achieve something big.
