This week's Women's Football Show is a very special one, as we celebrate Carly and the team WINNING the National League Cup with a 3-1 victory over Stoke at the Bescot Stadium. Two goals from Charlie Wellings, and another from Mel Johnson sealed the win and brought some silverware back to the City Ground. It was a strong victory despite the two late concessions away at Ipswich, as a six minute salvo fired Forest into an unassailable lead by half-time. Nikola Milenković's effort was supplemented by two goals by Anthony Elanga, while Jota Silva's late strike was sandwiched between two goals by the home team.
