The Naked Actor Prepares, The Martha Sessions, were recorded in 2019/2020.

And here is the third and final part of session 5.

Working on session 5 has been a loooooong journey. We began it in February 2020. But by some divine coincidence it's had the same time span as the darkness that has descended on us in our outer world.

This creative journey- to go inside to meet our shadow aspect-is one of the oldest stories of mankind, maybe first encountered in the Sumerian myth of the goddess Inanna, who went into the underground to find her dark sister and thereby created the four seasons of the year.

The final session is about re-emerging into the light, finding the fun and releasing the flow.
