From bathroom duty, hallway duty, and bus duty to tracking who vaped, who signed in, and whose parents forgot pick-up again, the crew unpacks all the wild responsibilities teachers are handed with zero warning. And of course, they sprinkle in the comedy, the storytelling, and the unfiltered truth that keeps this community feeling seen and understood.

The trio also dives deep into the comedy tour life — the cities they keep mispronouncing, the teacher homies who pregame a little too hard, the earring mishap mid-set, and how performing on stage has pushed them outside their comfort zones. They talk about confidence, introverted moments, the intensity of outdoor shows, and the supportive admins who make both teaching and touring possible. The conversation moves from chaotic classrooms to chaotic comedy clubs, reminding everyone why teacher humor is unmatched.

Along the way, they break down the impossible tasks teachers are asked to do, from disciplining kids during planning periods to handling medical issues, potty accidents, curriculum changes, and parent phone calls long after contract hours end. Whether you teach kindergarten or high school, ride a bus or run a classroom, this episode will have you laughing, nodding, and saying, "No other job expects this from us."
