177: The Party Planning Committee Redux

“At its best it was a toxic political club used to make others feel miserable and left out. At its best it planned parties.” We return to one of the early topics in our podcast run, the Party Planning Committee! The original episode cuts off early, not sure why, but as soon as we figure out where Mose hid the wires we’ll be back up and running. In this week’s episode we talk about the different eras of the PPC, from Angela’s reign to Jim and Dwight’s begrudging birthday party for Kelly. And we make sure to highlight all of the Margarita Karaoke Christmases, foot money, and celebrations of Oscar’s Mexicanity that come from the PPC. Then in the conference room we answer some listener voicemails on Erin learning about Dunder Mifflin history, how many pillows we sleep on at night, and more before closing with another round of trivia.
