GRIEVING LALA: A Diagnosed Narcissist’s Unfiltered Look at Pet Loss & Vulnerability

Losing my dog, Lala, has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever faced. As a diagnosed narcissist, I’m giving you an inside look at how I used to process grief versus how I’m handling it now. For years, therapy has been about stripping away the armor, and nothing tests that work like the loss of a "soul dog."

Lala was a Jackabee (Jack Russell & Beagle mix) who taught me more about unconditional love than most people ever could. Today, I’m being honest about the "Narcissistic Numbness" I used to feel and the visceral pain I’m feeling now.
