5 Key Takeaways:

From Setback to Success: When their previous employer's glass business went bankrupt, Ace and Halie took a leap of faith—combining their skills, connections, and determination to launch The Glass Co, now thriving in its fourth year.

What Sets Them Apart: Strong supplier relationships and relentless hustle allow them to source materials faster than competitors, meeting urgent customer needs quickly.

Value Beyond Glass: Replacing old or damaged glass improves property value, reduces energy costs by up to 30%, and creates a better aesthetic for homes and businesses.

Creative Problem-Solving: Even when faced with impossible-to-find materials (like discontinued glass for an HOA client), they find innovative solutions to avoid costly delays or fines.

Broad Reach & Target Clients: Serving all of Texas, their sweet spot is working with realtors, contractors, and investors—projects where timelines and curb appeal matter most.
