Episode 58 - Interview with Wilhelmina Stöcker - Past Life Hypnotist

On this episode, Christy and Kathy continue the conversation on past life regressions while they play an interview with Wilhelmina Stöcker, a certified hypnotist and past life regression practitioner who founded Exist in 2003 and has worked as a life coach, author, healer, radio host, and intuitive artist. Wilhelmina describes her early openness to guidance, her spontaneous past life experiences, and how she formally began hypnotherapy in 2016. She explains past life regression as an interactive hypnosis process involving intake, guided relaxation, recorded sessions, and client-led imagery, noting results depend on what a person allows and fear can block depth. She says regressions can reveal patterns, relationships across lifetimes, and lessons that bring clarity, forgiveness, and healing. The hosts discuss cultural influence, skepticism, alternate explanations, and emphasize that even if unproven, regression can still be therapeutic and empowering.
