The Prayer of the Heart — A Christian Mystics Sleep Story

Tonight we enter the desert silence of the early Christian contemplatives.

Inspired by the Desert Fathers and Mothers and the luminous practice of Hesychasm, this story invites you to let go of thought, rest in quiet awareness, and rediscover peace in the depths of the heart.

In this story you'll experience:

— The stillness of the Desert Fathers and Mothers — the birth of Christian contemplation

— The Prayer of the Heart and the sacred rhythm of breath

— Hesychasm: the path of inner silence and divine union

— Reflections on solitude, humility, and surrender

— A closing night prayer with gentle wind and distant monastery bells
