Healing While Still Hurting

Healing While Still Hurting

In this episode of Well Life Wednesday, we talk about something many people experience but rarely say out loud — healing while you’re still hurting.

Sometimes life doesn’t pause long enough for us to completely heal before we have to keep moving forward. We still have responsibilities, work, family, and daily life to manage even when our hearts feel heavy.

This episode is a reminder that you don’t have to be perfectly okay to keep showing up.

Healing isn’t always neat or linear. Some days it looks like strength, and other days it looks like simply getting through the day. Both matter.

Join me as we explore:
• What healing actually looks like in real life
• Why it’s okay to not feel “okay” all the time
• The quiet strength it takes to keep going
• Small ways to show up for yourself during difficult seasons

If you’ve been carrying something heavy lately, this conversation is for you.

Remember: trying counts, progress counts, and showing up matters.

I’m Iris, your LCAS-Associate, and I’m grateful you’re here for another Well Life Wednesday focused on mental wellness, emotional growth, and living a healthier life one step at a time.
