Caleb Flynn’s Mistress Heard ‘Kill Her’ and Did THIS

Alleigha Botner sat in the witness chair and read Caleb Flynn’s texts to a jury deciding whether he killed his wife Ashley. One exchange from March 2025 stopped the room: she asked him “what can I do?” He answered “kill her.”

Botner, 24, was a worship leader at the Flynns’ church. She testified they exchanged more than a hundred thousand messages during an affair that started in 2024. She told the jury the talk about wanting Ashley gone came weekly, and after the couple’s anniversary cruise it escalated to “thinking about ways to kill her.”

Ashley discovered the messages during that cruise. She texted Botner and asked to meet. Botner said she was too busy to face her. Seven months later Ashley was shot twice in the head while she slept.

On the last night of Ashley’s life, Botner testified she went to ChatGPT and searched how to permanently delete their messages. She screenshotted the instructions and sent them to Flynn. His last text: “Good night, tomorrow’s a big day.” She testified she believed he meant divorce.

The morning Ashley died, Botner’s first instinct was “too much of a coincidence.” She texted Flynn asking if he was involved. Then deleted it. She lied to the FBI four days later, denying the affair. She told the jury she once loved him. Now she says she hates him — because she believes he killed his wife. Cross-examination hasn’t started.
