Hustle Culture isn't bad.

Oh man - I've been WAITING for this episode to come out. I interview my good friend Mirella Manelli ; educator, business owner, mother, stylist, business coach, she wears all the hats and does all the things.

Mirella is a 20 year vet in the cosmetology industry. She's owned her salon for almost 5 years, has been an educator almost her whole career, and now creates digital content to help other stylists make the most out of their career. When she's not filming or BTC, she's a wonderful momma to 4 beautiful children! (I don't know how she manages everything, she's seriously a Wonder Woman)

Fun fact - I moved across the country just to work with her! I knew Mirella from working with Kenra Professional, and I valued her mentality so much. She has a refreshing outlook on life, hair, business that made me feel.. normal.

I was SO excited to bring her on and share the wealth of the knowledge bank she has. In this interview, we discuss Hustle Culture, her career path, how she got started, what the industry has been like for her, and she even finished it off with giving some tips and tricks for your business. She values entrepreneurism and discusses what she believes are the keys to success, and has a had conversation about Hustle Culture.
