I get asked a lot about how the hell I handle it all - and the answer is really simple.

I've been on this self love journey/ journey to figure who the hell I am for quite some time now, and what I've learned along the way is that I'm different - but everyone is different. there is no need to try to work, live, be like anyone else besides you.

I've accepted that I have ADHD. I am also medicated for it now. I have done so much research and my own trial and errors to see what works for me and what doesn't; instead of basing my life off everyone else.

I like who I am.

in fact, I love who I am.

and the way I learned how to be this disciplined, is just accepting the way I was designed :)
