The Cove of Hidden Pearls | Sleep Story for an Open Heart

This is a magical bedtime story for healing and opening your heart again, about a young woman who follows a sea-foam fox to a moonlit cave of glowing pearls and finds the one shell that has been waiting for her.

Follow Iris down a hidden stairway in the cliffs to a cove where jellyfish glow like lanterns in the shallows, and into a sea cave lined with mother-of-pearl. Its pools hold thousands of oysters, one for every person in the world, kept by Nacre until each person is ready to come. Iris knows her own shell the moment she sees it, and Nacre explains how a pearl is made and why a shell that has stayed shut this long has been protecting something precious the whole time. Gentle shoreline waves and a soft brown noise bed carry the story and continue long after it ends, for uninterrupted sleep.
