After losing her husband, Scott, to alcohol-related suicide, Colleen had to navigate a complicated grieving process while also examining her own relationship with alcohol. Through honest reflection, she discovered how unresolved shame had influenced many of her choices and how binge drinking had become a way to cope with pain she had carried for decades.
