Ep. 999: The Colorado 14ers Thru-Hike - Revisited - Junaid Dawud

Ep. 999: The Colorado 14ers Thru-Hike - Revisited - Junaid Dawud

Originally aired July 15, 2015

As if climbing a typical 14,000 ft mountain isn't enough of an accomplishment, Junaid and his buddy, successfully summited every one of the 58 Colorado 14ers in a single continuous hike. The journey was about 1,300 miles with a total elevation gain close to 300,000 feet. They hiked desolate Forest Service roads, class 5 traverses, many sections of the Colorado and Continental Divide Trail, as well as cross-country travel. It's an epic adventure to say the least!
