Brendan is the creator of Semi-Rad.com, which is a blog for folks who love their adventure sport, but aren’t sponsored athletes and don’t take themselves too seriously. They’re still rad, sort of.

He started the website in 2011 and has been steadily carving out a corner of the outdoor/adventure industry with his humorist essays and writings about all things adventure. His stories have appeared in Backpacker, National Geographic Adventure, Outside, Men’s Journal, Sierra, Adventure Cyclist, and other publications.

As far as Fiona is aware, she was the first vegan woman to complete the Marathon des Sables.
