Ep. 785: Thru-Hiking the Triple Crown in a Kilt - Nic “The Wandering Kiltsman” Cornett
Many of us reminisce or daydream of times thru-hiking a spectacular trail. Not as many of us have a kilt on during that daydream. For Nic, the kilt is a beacon of freedom, hope and warmth (you’ll have to listen to learn more about that). After years of living the old 9-5 story, Nic was tired of the way life was going. He decided, on doctors orders, to quit his job and thru-hike the Appalachian Trail to be “reborn” into a life he was more excited about. He has now completed the AT, the Continental Divide Trail and Pacific Crest Trail. We caught up with Nic before his PCT hike.
