What’s holding you back from living a more fulfilling life? In this live coaching session, I connect with two women who are exploring that exact question.

Stephanie has been her husband’s full-time caretaker for the last three years, but she’s been denying her soul’s calling to live a more adventurous life. She feels guilt, shame, and sadness when she thinks about traveling, but I share an analogy to help her work through some of those blocks and spread her wings.

I also speak with another client who is struggling to lose weight so she can receive a life-changing kidney transplant. We get to the root cause of why she’s dimming her light and doesn’t feel worthy of living a vibrant life. At the end of the call, I share a guided meditation for coming back to your essence.
