Mindset Matters

You know those times where things don't go as you'd planned? Our maybe you have an embarrassing situation. How do you react? Today's guest is Mesha McKittrick, mindset coach and creator of the podcast Mindset Check. Her passion is teaching people that they have more power than they think they do. She believes that when we live inspired, it causes us to take actions that we otherwise would not have taken. Mesha starts the podcast with two hilarious stories that could have been mortifying, and ties this to the subject of mindset. It will make you think about how you view life and everyday difficulties or mistakes that we make along the way. She ends with wonderful joke to remind us that laughter is vital for our health and wellbeing. Listen, relax, and laugh a little.
