Mitä pessimismipedagogiikalla tarkoitetaan, ja miten tätä lähestymistapaa voi hyödyntää ohjauksessa? Teemasta ovat keskustelemassa lehtori Anne-Mari Raivio Metropolia Ammattikorkeakoulusta, opettaja Sanna Velin Stadin ammatti- ja aikuisopistosta ja yliopistonlehtori Maija Saviniemi Oulun yliopistosta. Tämä podcast-sarja on osa Voimavaraistava uraohjaus -hanketta, joka toteutettiin Metropolia Ammattikorkeakoulun ja ja Stadin ammatti- ja aikuisopiston yhteistyönä 5.5.2021–31.12.2022. Hankkeen rahoittajana toimi Opetushallitus. Voimavaraistava työvalmentaja -täydennyskoulutus kokosi yhteen ohjausalan asiantuntijoita eri organisaatioista keskustelemaan, pohtimaan ja oppimaan uutta yhdessä. Nämä kohtaamiset toimivat taustana keskusteluille voimavaraistavasta ohjausotteesta ja sen hyödyntämisestä erilaisissa ohjauksellisissa kohtaamisissa.
