Accenture looked to extend the value of the major investment it has made over the past 10 years in its video infrastructure by translating it from a network of devices for peer-to-peer communication into a network of content sources for global broadcast communications.

Accenture’s internal IT organization set out to create a collaborative business network, one that leveraged interactive mobile capabilities, social networking tools and collaboration applications to allow for fast, real-time interaction.
