Chef Lance Roll has been professionally cooking for 25 years. He became a Certified Executive Chef through the The American Culinary Federation in 2005. He was also a Professional Chef Instructor at San Diego Culinary Institute, where he was dubbed “The Flavor Chef”.

This episode serves as an introduction to the show!  My objective is to advance Naturopathic medicine using an evidence-based approach, and I focus on finding evolutionary connections between our modern and traditional health care systems. On top of being a full-time student, I am currently a senior research assistant at SCNM and I am also an associate researcher at Arizona State University Biodesign Institute, where I focus on botanical medicine research. I am not a doctor (yet), so I can’t give any medical advise.  But I can ask a ton of questions. In the last three and a half years, I’ve met some incredible people, and I want to share their work with you!
