Christina is a Board Certified and Licensed Acupuncturist and founder of Harmony Wellness Center in Maitland, Florida. She studied at the Florida College of Integrative Medicine, and in 2005 graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Natural Health Studies and a Master’s of Science in Oriental Medicine.

Christina received specialized training in acupuncture, Chinese and Western herbs and along the way, she completed an internship in China at the Yantai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital where she gathered a complete understanding of Chinese healing which she consciously integrates into patient care.

Episode #00 - Introduction to the 30/30 Health Podcast

This episode serves as an introduction to the show!  My objective is to advance Naturopathic medicine using an evidence-based approach, and I focus on finding evolutionary connections between our modern and traditional health care systems. On top of being a full-time student, I am currently a senior research assistant at SCNM and I am also an associate researcher at Arizona State University Biodesign Institute, where I focus on botanical medicine research. I am not a doctor (yet), so I can’t give any medical advise.  But I can ask a ton of questions. In the last three and a half years, I’ve met some incredible people, and I want to share their work with you!
