With the empire quickly expanding, we're going to take some time to touch on what was happening beyond just Tupac conquering land. Tupac was also building. Estates, administration buildings, roads and coricanchas were all built under his watch. However, he also oversaw some of the most expansive use of resettlement in the Andes with the use of the mitmae system.
