By far this is one of the most incredible species we have covered to date. The Orca (Orcinus orca) is a favorite of many throughout the world, but just how amazing they are will astound you. Katie Cannon is the education director of Carolina Tiger Rescue, North Carolina’s only federally accredited wild cat sanctuary. Once numbering in the millions, the American Bison was reduced to just under 350 animals in the United States. The European Bison’s tale is similar.
