Ep 003 PT 1: Pride & Youth with Co- Founder of the Art of the Gentleman Robert Remak
Today's guest is an old friend, turned foe, turned friend again. His story is an example that some relationships in our lives are meant for a season and may not necessarily be meant for a lifetime. Fortunately for my guest and I we are in the process of rebuilding our bond that once was thicker than blood. While walking his journey Rob was able to find his passion in fashion, and when he met two passionate young men in an office that dream became a reality. Rob is now the co-founder of the Art of the Gentleman, which aspires to The Gentleman moniker. The Art of the Gentleman is proudly selling animal free products because they believe all beings deserve compassion. No wool, no leather, no suede, no silk, no fur. 11th Hour Ep 1: Radio interview discussing importance of positive role models in schools
Growing up I struggled in school. Depression, suicidal thoughts, attention. I felt as if teachers didn't take the time to see me, all except one. This was the start of a long journey to find my purpose and reason for living. In this podcast episode I was a guest on one of Rochester Minnesotas local radio station, speaking on the importance of positive role models in schools that take the time out to see each student. As a Site Coordinator for The Sanneh Foundation serving over 150 youths daily, I discuss the Dreamline program and how local schools have accepted us and the academic progress we have had with students.
