In this hilarious and painfully relatable episode of Teachers Off Duty, Devin, Leslie, and Jess dive into all the unexpected, bizarre, and downright wild things they NEVER thought they'd do as teachers—but somehow did. From rationing paper like it's gold, hiding during fire drills, to bathroom duty patrols (because vapes are the new contraband), they cover it all.

They also talk about the strange realities of being younger than some parents, the emotional rollercoaster of classroom dynamics, and the constant battle between wanting to be the "cool teacher" and just surviving the school day. Oh, and yes, they discuss the great debate: rows vs. the U-shape desk arrangement—because, apparently, that's a thing.

Plus, find out which of them hides during fire drills, who had a secret career as a janitor, and why seating charts are the ultimate form of teacher survival.

Listen now and let us know in the comments: What's one thing you never thought you'd do as a teacher… but did anyway?
