144: Owning That Dad Bod – Anthony Catalino

144: Owning That Dad Bod – Anthony Catalino

We're all perfectly imperfect. But for gay men, perfection seems to be a futile pursuit - perfect abs, ass, chest, smile, bank account, material things...the list goes on. But when it comes to our bodies and our body image, we can be evil bitches to ourselves with a capital "B." It's time to start loving on ourselves in a way that says, "Small dicks and flabby abs, you are loved!" Helping to change the way gay men think about themselves, is my fellow coach and friend Anthony Catalino. He also is in the running to win the Legendary Dad Bod contest being put on by Men's Journal. Today we discuss what he plans to do if he wins and how it ties into his mission of loving his body, just as it is. About Anthony Anthony Catalino is a personal freedom coach for young gay adults, supporting them on their mission to upgrade their inner world and become leaders in the community. He lives in the Hudson Valley with his husband and two jack russell terriers.
