Ep. 297: Charlotte Flair

Whether you’re a tall blonde queen or a short and pissy brunette, this episode of Tights and Fights is for you!

AEW and New Japan Pro Wrestling have at last confirmed their upcoming joint show “Forbidden Door.” There’s still a lot of questions about what the card will look like, but we know that there won’t be any women’s crossover matches. How excited are we despite that?

Plus, there were some fun surprises across all the shows: Cody Rhodes is really over as a face in WWE! Naomi and Sasha Banks have gotten a lot of chances to show off the women’s tag titles! And Britt Baker got the major ovation that we’ve come to expect from her in Brittsburgh.

The Main Event

It’s time for another edition of our segment "My Special Wrestler" where we invite you to share your personal stories about why a wrestler means so much to you. This time we've got an email from listener Maggie Rose who tells us about why she loves Charlotte Flair.

If you want to share a story about your special wrestler email it to us at julian@maximumfun.org
