Katie Cannon is the education director of Carolina Tiger Rescue, North Carolina’s only federally accredited wild cat sanctuary. A federally accredited sanctuary means Carolina Tiger Rescue is a 501-c3 non-profit; it does not buy, sell, or trade any of its animals or their parts; it does not do any breeding; and it is a no-contact facility.
