Luminous green letters and numbers played across the lenses of his glasses. It created the impression that the glasses were alive and animated with the rising code. That he was somehow the extension of the programming. He would not have been able to tell you exactly when they had started calling him ‘The Kaiju’. It was a label borrowed from Japanese.
