Join Maddie and Tucker in a feminist exploration of Persephone and Demeter, Greek goddesses of Earth, life, fertility, agriculture, death & rebirth. We explore an alternative, earlier version of the Persephone myth before summarizing the myth that we are familiar with today with Hades. There is evidence of a matrilineal, peaceful, and agricultural society in Crete before the Zeus Olympus-model of Greek myths came into play.
