Through her nonprofit, Collettey’s Leadership Program, she provides entrepreneurship and leadership training to people with disabilities, helping them discover their abilities, build confidence, and pursue their dreams. She also travels the country as a speaker and advocate, and one of her ultimate goals is to work with lawmakers in Washington, D.C. to create more employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
