He discovered yoga through a fellow inmate, which became a turning point in his life. Andrew is now the president of 'Karma Teachers,' a nonprofit organization dedicated to yoga teacher training. He reminds us of the importance of finding purpose, structure, and community support in overcoming the past and fostering personal growth.
