"Stop Putting Pressure on Yourself"

"Stop Putting Pressure on Yourself"

I'm joined by a 28-year-old man who shares the story of a short-lived but very intense dating experience that lead him down a path of self-discovery and growth. We hear how their connection was off to a great start on the apps, how it felt like they've known each other forever on their first date, and how they each had a "second date curse" and "third date curse" that they wanted to overcome. He opens up about why she ended it, the feedback she gave, and what mistakes he made that he was able to see in hindsight. He shares his therapy journey, what he's learned, and how he plans to approach dating differently in the future.
