We’ve had enough of Trimester Zero

This week we’re talking about Trimester Zero - the practice of spending months (or years!!!) preparing your body to conceive a baby. You mightn’t be surprised that we have a LOT of thoughts about it (not good ones!) and so in this episode we discuss what is actually worth considering before trying to conceive.

Then - Laura took one for the team happily volunteered to watch MAFS and she wants to talk about it - her & Steph’s previous encounter with the male stripper friend, the vows, the flowers, the families, and a mantra that we love, actually.

The doors are opening in April! The waitlist is now open. Sign up to be the first to hear about our studio location, our class offerings - and get first access to our limited foundation memberships.
