He’s a Stanley Cup Champion and the General Manager of the Minnesota Wild. Bill Guerin joined Jeff and Elliotte while his team was swinging through Toronto last week to talk about the trade deadline, how he manages his cap as well as his relationship with his owner, Craig Leipold, playing the role of banker over the last couple of weeks, the types of costs that catch him off guard, what he intends to table at the next GM meetings, building a team around his playing style, dealing with other managers, his transition from player to manager, playing with Sidney Crosby, being courted by several teams ahead of the 2002-03 season and he goes into detail about his management style.
