Conflict and Confusion
Life can feel like a fog rolled in, and you can't remember when it arrived. You're still showing up, still doing the things — but something underneath feels off, and you just can't put a name on it. After 12,000 coaching hours and 20-plus years of conversations with people doing well by every measure, I've found that the frustration almost never comes from the problem itself.
