In this down-to-earth and inspiring conversation, Drs. Stan and Stillman talk about the conditions necessary for optimal healing to occur, including our relationship to our environment as well as the level of personal responsibility we are willing to take on. Dr. Stillman studied Environmental Health at Connecticut College and received his medical doctorate from the University of Virginia. He trained in Internal Medicine at Maine Medical Center, and then became a traveling doctor for four years, before starting his own practice in functional medicine.

He now lives in the free state of Florida, but helps people all over the world to achieve the good health and high performance that they desire.
