Spiritual Practice for Crazy Times (with Philip Goldberg)

If the recent year has proven anything it’s that times are certainly crazier than usual. From the recent election to Black Lives Matter to the pandemic – the universe and Mother Earth are in the process of resetting things to create better balance and harmony, resulting in us evolving spiritually along with it. For more than 50 years, Philip Goldberg has studied the world’s spiritual traditions. As a spiritual counsellor, public speaker and author, Phillip joins the show to talk about his most recent book – Spiritual Practice for Crazy Times: Powerful Tools to Cultivate Clarity, Calm and Courage. His perspective that the sanctuary of peace is within each one of us and that we have the power to easily harness it is both timely and relevant.
