BREAKING NEWS! Kendra + Joseph Duggar Plead NOT Guilty To Child Endangerment Charges, Kendra Reunites With Her Kids, New Court Dates Announced. Tuesday, April 28th 2026 | Sarah Fraser

In this breaking news episode of my daily pop culture podcast, I cover the latest developments in the Joe and Kendra Duggar case, reporting that their attorney has entered not-guilty pleas on their behalf for the Arkansas child endangerment and false imprisonment charges, their court appearance has been pushed from April 29th to August 10th, and Kendra's no-contact order with her four children has been fully lifted — though Joe still faces strict restrictions on contact with minors, including his own kids, while also awaiting a separate May court date in Florida related to allegations that he inappropriately touched a 9-year-old girl. I also cover breaking news from the Blake Lively vs. Justin Baldoni trial, noting that Baldoni's lawyers are arguing her businesses failed due to her own bad reputation rather than his actions, that a last-minute settlement was rejected, and that with 10 of 13 of Lively's claims already dismissed — including all sexual harassment allegations — the remaining retaliation and breach of contract claims are heading to trial on May 18th, while sources also report growing strain in Lively's marriage to Ryan Reynolds behind the scenes.
