Take a deep breath in through your nose, feeling the cool air entering, and then a slow exhale through your mouth. With each breath, imagine you're releasing something - a worry, a tension, a thought that's been weighing on you. Your breath is like a soft wave, washing away what no longer serves you. Now, we'll practice a technique I call the "Ocean Breath."
