Burlison, a member of the House Oversight Committee, says he was the first elected official briefed on the incident, by a team originally assembled under Tulsi Gabbard’s office. He also confirms he personally toured Naval Air Station Patuxent River, the site allegedly slated to receive a craft transferred from Lockheed Martin to Bigelow Aerospace, and sat down with Navy scientist Salvatore Pais, whose patents on inertial mass reduction and gravitational wave generation read like a blueprint for anti-gravity propulsion.
