We'll get into the path itself; what My time in trauma work taught Me about the human mind and what conventional practice couldn't reach, the moment I realized that power exchange could hold and heal people in ways the therapy room sometimes can't, the fear and cost of walking away from a respectable career for a stigmatized one, and the training and certification in Therapeutic BDSM that brought both halves of my life together into one practice. This is a story about shedding a life that no longer fit; and discovering that everything I learned in the old one was preparation for this.
