Meditation Monday: The Wisdom of Nature

My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation or practice to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this practice as many times as you like.

As we enter a new month, and soon a new season, there’s a sense of change in the air. This week, I wanted to bring you a meditation to help you tune into nature and become more comfortable with change, as she shows us how to move through it effortlessly. This is a walking meditation, but you can just as easily do it in your back garden, or anywhere you can be outside or see nature around you. ❤️
