Caleb Flynn Court Coverage Day 6: Defense Targets Wilhelm’s iPhone Evidence

Special Agent Joseph Wilhelm faced defense cross-examination in the Caleb Flynn trial, with attorneys challenging the reliability of the digital evidence recovered from the iPhones. Caleb Flynn is on trial for the murder of his wife, Ashley Flynn, and has pleaded not guilty. Prosecutors allege Caleb killed Ashley and staged the Tipp City home to look like a burglary. The defense says Ashley was killed during an actual home invasion and investigators rushed to judgment.
